Do you charge for estimates?
Providing an online quote is free of charge!
How much do you charge to "look" at a vehicle?
Black Force Mechanics doesn't "look" at vehicles, but we do offer diagnostics. Diagnostic fees may vary based on customer location, year, make, and model.
Are repairs under warranty?
Most repairs are subject to a standard 3 month/1000 mile warranty.
Can I provide my own parts?
Yes; however, Black Force Mechanics does NOT warranty customer parts and additional fees may apply.
My vehicle was diagnosed at Autozone/Oreillys/Advanced Auto Parts, why do I need another diagnostic?
While local part stores may provide engine codes, they do NOT provide a full diagnostic. A diagnostic can be much more then pulling codes using a basic scanner. Plenty of vehicle issues can't be diagnosed using a computer scanner and require further testing.
